I was really surprised that Cheeky wasn't there, given they are local. Unless I just missed their booth somehow?
I think Ted Upton, owner of Cheeky, just had a baby and had always planned to be at the Somerset show. I know that some of the local vendors only have enough marketing budgeted to attend one show and the Somerset one being within driving distance gives them more bang for the buck. I suspect that Cheeky will be at the Bear's Den show.

wait wait wait wait... you bought propellers?!?!!?

Ok I'll admit it. I bought rubber ducks....

Yes, there is a type of fish I target that seem to really key in on higher frequency vibrations. I noticed I catch more fish on lipped plugs with a tight action over plugs with a wider wobble, soft plastics, metals, etc. I want to test my theory by experimenting with flies that vibrate more and I think propellers are a good start. I may even try a fly with twin screws.  :lol

I've done the two screws, I faced them in opposite directions, and same directions. :lol still trying to find the right pitch.

Matt, Just add one shiny Gold Propellor to the front of a classic bass fly for me. That's all I ask.
